The 2024 Valais Fair is about to begin, and like every year, it promises to be an unmissable event for lovers of discoveries, local flavors and unforgettable encounters. This 2024 edition promises to be particularly exciting for visitors with a program rich in activities, passionate artisans and culinary innovations. And, this year, we are delighted to announce that Lemon Brothers will be participating in this exceptional event for the first time.
As players in the local scene with our unique artisanal creations, we will be present in the “Saveurs” tent, a space dedicated to taste pleasures where visitors will be able to discover products that celebrate the terroir and innovation. It is with enthusiasm that we invite you to come discover and taste two of our flagship products: Limonceflo and Spritcello, two liqueurs that will awaken your taste buds.
What is Limonceflo?
Our Limonceflo is a revisited version of the famous limoncello. Made from carefully selected lemons, it combines the freshness of citrus fruits with an artisanal manufacturing process, guaranteeing a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness. Each bottle is the result of meticulous work to capture the essence of lemon in its purest form. Its bright color and intense taste make it an ideal drink for lovers of authentic and refreshing flavors.
During the Foire du Valais, you will have the opportunity to taste it alone, in a cocktail or even accompanied by other culinary creations. Its intense freshness makes it a perfect drink to end a great day at the fair, or simply to enjoy a moment with friends.
The Spritcello: innovation in its purest form
In addition to Limonceflo, we invite you to discover our Spritcello, a liqueur inspired by the famous spritz cocktail, but with an artisanal touch that makes it unique. Spritcello combines citrus and subtle bitter notes that make it as versatile as it is delicious. It can be enjoyed on ice or as a base to create a revisited spritz.
With Spritcello, we wanted to offer our customers a new taste experience. This light and refreshing drink, with the right balance of sweetness and bitterness, is perfect for moments of relaxation, and we can't wait to see how visitors to the fair will react to this innovation.
